CHECKING POLICY

Before receiving the goods, you are entitled to inspect the product. Does not support trial goods.
Please open the package to check to ensure that the order is delivered with the correct model and quantity as the order ordered.

Note:

  • If the delivery staff refuses to let you check the goods, please contact Oversole via hotline: (+84) 86 200 2527 for the fastest support.
  • Oversole will not be responsible for the quantity, model as well as the error of the product, after the order has been successfully delivered and there are no complaints within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to avoid damaging the product inside. For cases where the product is damaged due to the fault of the Customer, Oversole regretfully cannot support you to exchange/return/warranty the product.
