WARRANTY & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. WARRANTY

All products will be warranted by Oversole within 1 year from the time of purchase, and the processing time is up to 15 days from the date of receipt of the warranty product (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Warranty instructions:

Please contact Oversole's Customer Service Department via email address or phone number, and provide purchase information as instructed. Then bring directly or ship the defective product to the nearest Oversole store, in case customers are far away, 100% of the shipping fee will be supported.

Oversole will not accept the warranty for the following cases:
  • The product suffers from natural wear and tear.
  • Products subject to physical (e.g. skin/sole scratches, thread breaks,...) and chemical (such as cleaning, dyeing,...).

 

2. EXCHANGE

Oversole will receive claims or exchanges within 7 days from the time of receipt, after the above time, Oversole will handle the product according to the warranty policy.

Mandatory conditions: The product must be intact, unused and not repaired.

In case customers want to exchange products for any subjective reasons, they will have to bear 100% of the shipping fee.

Note: Wrinkled skin is a general characteristic of genuine leather, not counted as a defect.
